In big corporations, the top human resources executive generally develops and manages the human resources programs and policies.

These policies usually are implemented by a director or manager of human resources and, in some cases, a director of industrial relations.

The director of human resources supervises several departments, each department being headed by an experienced manager specialized usually in any one human resources activity, such as employment, compensation, benefits, training and development, or employee relations.

The Director of Human Resources plans, directs and supervises the Human Resource functions of the organization including employee recruitment, selection, job classification, salary/benefit administration, human resources information systems, employee/labor relations and contract administration, and policy development to assure compliance with organization’s policy, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications Required :
- Graduates in any stream
- PG / MBA in Human Resource

Skills Required :

- Excellent communication skills
- Must be Presentable
- Knowledge of HR practices
- Good influencing skills
- Ability to handle conflicts
