Regional Manager

The primary duty of the regional manager is to facilitate communication within the region, identify and analyze the needs, challenges and opportunities, and recommend actions to be taken for the good of the organization. The Regional Manager is instrumental in the resolution of issues, and works in warm collaboration with the Executive Office (EO), regional team members and local volunteers to coordinate resources to ensure the organization’s strength regionally. The Regional Manager acts as a spokesperson to the region on behalf of the organizational international fraternity.
